摘  要:光合细菌作为一种微生物肥料和菌剂,在农业生产应用上越来越广泛。探讨光合细菌对植物的促生作用将为光合细菌的进一步应用推广提供理论依据。使用光合细菌中的沼泽红假单胞菌PSB06菌剂对水稻种子浸种,结果表明,光合细菌PSB06菌剂处理能促进种子萌发。与对照(蒸馏水浸种)相比,其种子发芽率提高5个百分点,萌发种子的芽长和根长分别增加250%和249%;同时,光合细菌处理也能促进苗期生长。水稻茎秆比对照高36.0%,叶片体内叶绿素a、b含量分别提高27.5%和18.0%。在干旱胁迫下,光合细菌浸种过的苗期水稻SOD值和POD值比对照分别提高72.0%和38.5%,能更有效维持植物体内自由基的平衡。因此,光合细菌PSB06浸种可提高种子活力、促进苗期生长和增强耐胁迫能力,是一种高效的浸种剂,对水稻具有良好促生作用。As a microbial fertilizer and bacterial inoculant, photosynthetic bacteria have been more and more widely used in agriculture. Clarifying the effects of photosynthetic bacteria on growth-promoting can provide theoretical basis for further practical application. The research on soaking rice seed with the Rhodopseudomonas plurties PSB06 inoculant in photosythetic bacteria was conducted. The results showed that the PSB06 inoculant could enhance seed germination. Compared with the control(distilled water soaking), it increased seed germination rate by five percentage points, bud length by 250% and root length by 249%. The PSB06 inoculant could also promote the growth of seedlings. The plant height of seedling were 36% higher, Chlorophyll a content 27.5% higher and Chlorophyll b content 18.0% higher than the control. Under the drought stress conditions, when treated with PSB06 inoculant, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) content and the peroxidase(POD) content in leaf increased by 72.0% and 38.5%, respectively, compared with the control, indicating that the treatment of PSB06 inoculant could effectively keep the balance in the contents of free radicals in plant body. Therefore, the PSB06 inoculant of photosythetic bacteria, which can increase seed vitality, promote seedling growth and improve tolerance to drought stress, is an efficient seed-soaking agent and has a good promoting effect on rice growth.
