摘  要:采用双道次热压缩试验研究Cr5钢在道次间隔时间内的静态再结晶行为,结合静态再结晶物理机制与元胞自动机(CA)法,建立Cr5钢静态再结晶CA模型。基于Eclipse开放式平台,采用Java语言编写CA程序实现了对该钢材静态再结晶行为及微观组织演变的模拟,并与热压缩试验得到的微观组织进行对比。结果表明:随着间隔保温时间的增加,静态再结晶体积分数经历了缓慢增加-急速增加-稳定不变3个阶段,平均晶粒尺寸先快速减小,然后减小幅度减慢,当再结晶体积分数接近100%时,其平均晶粒尺寸又会有小幅度的增加;模拟得到的平均晶粒尺寸与试验得到晶粒尺寸值吻合度较高;同时为了进一步验证所建模型的准确性,对不同应变速率下的静态再结晶动力学进行研究,并与描述再结晶动力学的经典理论(JMAK理论)做了对比,其静态再结晶分数和时间关系曲线呈"S"型,Avrami曲线斜率n在2~3之间,与JMAK理论符合较好。The static recrystallization behavior of Cr5 steel during pass interval was studied by double pass thermal compression test.Combined with static recrystallization physical mechanism and cellular automata( CA) method,the static recrystallization CA model of the Cr5 steel was established. Based on the Eclipse open platform,the static recrystallization behavior and microstructure evolution of the steel were simulated by using CA program written in Java language,and were compared with the microstructure obtained by thermal compression test. The results show that with the increase of the interval holding time,the volume fraction of the static recrystallization integrals goes through three stages of slow increasing,rapid increasing and stable keeping,and the average grain size first decreases rapidly and then decreases slowly. However,when the static recrystallization is nearly completed,the average grain size will increase by a small margin.The simulated average grain size is in good agreement with the experimental results. In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the static recrystallization kinetics at different strain rates was studied and compared with the classical theory,JMAK theory,which describes the recrystallization kinetics. The curve to describe the relationship between the static recrystallization volume fraction and the time shows a"S"type,and the slope of Avrami curve( n) is between 2 and 3,which is in good agreement with the JMAK theory.
