摘 要:首先,将联合建筑按照功能分区关系分类为:前后式、上下式、分离式,探讨其面积与区队数量的规律。然后,以五阳扩区联建、达拉布特一号矿井联建、华潘矿井联建三个设计实例为基础,论述了这三种联合建筑的功能特点,同时从占地特点、气候适用性、人流流线三方面进行比较。列出表格,概括了三种联合建筑的特点及适用性。最后指出,前后式适用于开阔平地,上下式适用于集约土地,分离式适用于细碎坡地。At first,the author classifies the combined building as three types based on functional zone: horizontal type,vertical type,separating type; analyzes structure area and sub-unit number; then takes actual designs like Wuyang,Dalabute and Huapan combined buildings as example to discuss the function of the three types, and compares land occupation,climate and streamline as well. The author also gives a summary of features and applicability of the three combined buildings via table. As a conclusion, horizontal type is suitable for open land; vertical type is suitable for intensive land and separating type is suitable for hillside fields.
