摘  要:钢井架的主要构件均为箱形截面。对于截面尺寸较大的箱形钢梁,跨高比小于5时,按照杆系模型进行应力分析,其结果可能与实际应力存在误差。为分析这种误差对设计安全性的影响,以石拉乌素煤矿井架箱形钢梁为例,分别按照杆系模型和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行应力分析。分析结果显示,两种方法获得的应力分布情况存在较大差距,其中翼缘正应力偏差达到95%,腹板剪应力偏差5.8%。建议针对跨高比小于5的箱形钢梁采用有限元方法进行应力分析,以保证设计的安全性。The main components of steel derrick are box section. For the steel box girder with larger section size,when the span-depth ratio is less than 5,if stress analysis is performed according to the bar model,the result may be different to the real stress. To analyze the effect of this difference on the safety of engineering design,based on the example of shaft derrick steel box girder of Shilawusu Coal Mine,stress calculation is carried out on both bar model and finite element model in ANSYS software. Analysis shows that,there is a big difference of stress distribution,the stress deviation of the flange is 95%,shear stress deviation of the web is 5. 8%. The box girder stress of this project is within the allowable limit.It is suggested that the finite element method should be used for the box girder with a span-depth ratio of less than 5 to ensure the safety of the design.
