摘 要:主汽温是机组考核的一个重要参数,建立主汽温系统的模型,有利于主汽温系统控制方案的设计和控制器参数的优化,通过挖掘潍坊电厂2#机组主气温系统的历史运行数据,总结了数据选取经验并提出了数据"预处理"的理论方法,介绍了闭环辨识的结构,并采用智能辨识算法对主汽温系统模型的进行建立与验证,分别建立了主汽温系统的导前区与惰性区模型,得到与理论分析一致的模型,并验证闭环建模的可行性与可靠性。为更好设计主汽温系统的控制方案打下基础。The main steam temperature was an important parameter for unit assessment. To build the main steam temperature system model was propitious to the design of control scheme of main steam temperature system and the optimization of controller parameter. By mining the historical operation data of main air temperature system of No. 2 unit in Weifang power plant, this article concluded the data selection experience and proposed the data pretreatment method. Then, the structure of closed - loop identification was introduced. Meanwhile, the intelligent identification algorithm was used to establish and verify the model of main steam temperature system. Moreover, the model of leader region and inert region of main steam temperature system were established respectively and thus to obtain the model which was consistent with the theoretical analysis. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of closed - loop modeling were proved, which lays the foundation for designing the main steam temperature control system.
