摘 要:超临界汽轮机更为突出的固体颗粒侵蚀问题,已成为限制其运行灵活性的障碍。在汽轮发电机组深度调峰和频繁调峰运行模式下,优化阀控方案是减少固体颗粒侵蚀对汽轮机的危害的有效途径。论文以某660 MW超临界汽轮机为研究对象,建立调节级固体颗粒侵蚀模型,对机组在滑压运行和定压运行两种方式下、对应不同工况下,固体颗粒对汽轮机调节级动叶的侵蚀情况进行了数值模拟。通过数值模拟,确定了该型超临界汽轮机调节级固体颗粒侵蚀的主要发生部位,得到了机组分别在定压和滑压运行时,调节级固体颗粒侵蚀密度随负荷变化的规律。通过对模拟结果的分析,提出了降低调节级动叶固体颗粒侵蚀的阀控方案。The more serious solid particle erosion (SPE) of the super-critical pressure steam turbine has become a main obstacle to limit its operational flexibility. As the mode of the turbine peak-load-dispatch operating deeply and frequently, the optimized valve control scheme is a valid way to reduce the harm of solid particle erosion for turbine. This paper is taking a 660 MW super-critical steam turbine as the research object, aiming to get the SPE model to the blades of the turbine ' s governing stage, as its load varying respectively corresponded to sliding pressure and constant pressure running modes, the solid particle erosion condition of steam turbine governing stage move leaves are simulated. Through numerical simulation, the main location of the solid particle erosion of the governing stage is determined in the super-critical steam turbine, and the law of the change of the solid particle erosion density of the governing stage with load is obtained when the unit is running at constant pressure and sliding pressure respectively. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, a series of valve control scheme to reduce the SPE of governing stage of the turbine are presented.
