摘 要:2014年8月2日,江苏省昆山市开发区某工厂轮毂抛光车间发生爆炸,75人当场死亡,185人受伤,伤员分别在苏州、无锡、南通、常州、南京、上海等地共20个救治点接受救治。本次群体烧伤伤员烧伤总面积为(89±18)%TBSA,Ⅲ度烧伤面积(71±22)%TBSA,是我国近30年来,特重烧伤人数最多的群体烧伤事件。The Kunshan factory aluminum dust explo- sion accident in August 2nd, 2014 caused the largest number of serious burn casualties in China in the recent 30 years. With the support of the whole country and the muhidisciplinary coopera- tion, 185 severely burned patients were rescued and treated at 20 hospitals in Jiangsu province and Shanghai with satisfactory results. The rescue and treatment of mass burn is a complicated and systematic project on account of its suddenness, uncertain- ty, and non-repeatability. The treatment of this explosion acci- dent was reviewed in this paper to explore the treatment model and experience of multidisciplinary cooperation. It is worthy to ponder and explore how to face challenges and strive to improve the treatment level of mass burns.
