孕期系统化管理对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期系统化管理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2013年1—12月石家庄市第四医院收治的100例GDM孕妇作为研究对象,其中在门诊规范产检、经过系统化管理、血糖水平控制满意的50例孕妇为观察组,在外院产检、孕期血糖控制不满意的50例孕妇为对照组。比较两组妊娠结局及并发症发生情况。结果观察组妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、产后出血、早产、巨大儿、新生儿窒息、高胆红素血症、新生儿低血糖等的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化管理的GDM患者血糖控制良好,能有效减少妊娠期并发症,改善母婴结局。Objective To explore the effect of systematic management during pregnancy on the outcome patients with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Methods 100 GDM pregnant women admitted to the 4 th Hospital of Shijiazhuang were divided into observation group and control group according to whether the management is systematic.It is mainly manifested in the control of blood glucose,and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of the complications such as gestational hypertension,polyhydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,premature birth,macrosomia,hypoglycemia neonatal asphyxia and hyperbilirubinemia was lower in the observation group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The GDM patients receiving systematic management have a good control of blood glucose,which can effectively reduce pregnancy complications and improve the outcome.
