加减增液汤联合西药治疗羊水过少的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗羊水过少的疗效。方法:将80例孕妇按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组静脉给予复方氨基酸、5%葡萄糖500 m L加丹参注射液4 m L、生理盐水500 m L加脂溶性及水溶性维生素、10%葡萄糖500 m L加维生素C及能量合剂10 d,观察组在此基础上加入中药"增液汤"加减口服,治疗10 d后观察2组AFI、胎儿脐动脉血流S/D值、雌三醇、胎盘泌乳素、剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、围生儿病死率的变化。结果:与对照组比较观察组羊水指数明显升高,脐动脉血流S/D值明显降低,剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、围生儿病死率明显降低,血清雌三醇和胎盘泌乳素升高。结论:增液汤加减结合西药能明显增加孕妇羊水量,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广。Objective： To discuss the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of oligohydramnios. Methods： 80 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given liquid soup,amino acid,energy mixture and other intravenous drip. The observation group on the basis of western medicine plus Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） Zengye decoction,after 10 days,compare the changes of AFI,fet al umbilical artery blood flow S/D value,three estradiol,placental prolactin,cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and perinatal mortality in the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group,the observation group of amniotic fluid index was significantly increased,S/D value of umbilical artery blood flow decreased significantly; the rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia rate and perinatal mortality rate was significantly lower; serum estradiol three alcohol and placental prolactin were in creased. Conclusion： Zengye decoction combined with western medicine can significantly increase the amniotic fluid volume of pregnant women,improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worth to promote in clinic.
