摘  要:目的:挖掘中医周期疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的分期用药规律并探讨其作用机制。方法:检索1980至2016年多囊卵巢综合征中医周期疗法的临床研究文献,将各期用药建立Excel数据库,运用SPSS Clementine 12.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:共纳入文献49篇,应用中药134味,频次2252次。结论:"补肾"贯穿调周始终。中医周期疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的分期治则治法为经后期益精养血,经间期活血化瘀、调畅血脉,经前期温补肾阳,月经期活血祛瘀,调天癸是中医周期疗法调经作用机制的关键点。Objective: To summarize the medication principles of prescriptions for each phase,and discuss the action mechanism of PCOS with TCM periodic therapy. Methods: Established a database about herbs in each phase with Excel and exploited the statistical software of SPSS Clementine 12. 0 to analyze the regularities of drugs used in the TCM periodic therapy for PCOS from 1980-2016. Results: A total of 134 prescriptions and 2252 frequencies were involved in the 49 literatures. Sumed up the herbs with high usage frequency in the prescriptions for each phase. Conclusion: "Tonifying kidney" was used throughout the TCM periodic therapy. The main rules of treatment in follicular phase period were nourishing the essence and enriching the blood; in ovulation were promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and regulating blood vessels; in premenstrual phase were warming kidney and activating yang; in menstrual period were promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The action mechanism of periodic therapy was that "nourishing kidney-Qi to regulate Tiangui".
