摘 要:采用四球机以及攻丝扭矩试验机考察常用的硫、磷、氯极压剂在纯油型金属切削油中的润滑性,探讨几种常用的极压剂在四球机与攻丝扭矩试验中的表现。结果表明:极压剂的攻丝效率与PB值有一定的关联性,PB越高,攻丝效率处于相对较高的水平,而攻丝效率与PD值并无必然的相关性。极压剂平均攻丝扭矩值与其浓度存在一定的线性关系,随着浓度的增加,其平均扭矩值减小,攻丝效率提高。The lubricity of commonly used sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine-type extreme pressure(EP) additives in net cutting oil was investigated by four ball machine and tapping torque tester. The performance of several commonly used extreme pressure additives in four ball machine and tapping torque test showed that the tapping efficiency of extreme pressure additives is related to the PB value. The higher the PB is, the higher the tapping efficiency is, and the tapping efficiency is not directive related to the PD value. There is a linear relationship between the average tapping torque value and the concentration of the extreme pressure additives. With the increasing of concentration, the average torque value decreases and the tapping efficiency increases.
