摘  要:在新型Ni-Zn/β催化剂上,以1-甲基萘为模型化合物,在高压微反评价装置上,系统考察了1-甲基萘的环己烷溶液临氢裂化制BTEX的反应规律,并对催化剂再生性能展开研究。使用XRD、BET等分析手段,探索催化剂失活原因。结果表明:在反应温度为430℃、压力为3.4 Mpa、氢油体积比为1000、质量空速为0.6时,1-甲基萘的转化率以及BTEX质量的选择性分别为98%和57%。再生后催化剂比表面积及结晶度都有所下降,催化剂孔径变大,活性恢复率为90%。The reaction conditions of 1-methylnaphthalene hydrocracking to BTEX was studied in a continuous-flow fixed-bed reactor using a new Ni-Zn/βcatalyst and catalyst regeneration performance was studied afterwards.XRD、BET were used to explored the reasons for deactivation of the catalyst. The results showed that the best reaction condition was temperature at 430 ℃, pressure at 3.4 Mpa, hydrogen-oil volume ratio at 1000 and WHSV at 0.6. The conversion of 1-methylnaphthalene reaches 98 % with the selectivity of 57 % to BTEX. The surface area and crystallinity of the catalyst decreased and the pore diameter of catalyst increased after regeneration. Catalyst activity dropped to 90 %.
