摘 要:随着电网容量的不断增加,变压器的振动问题越来越严重。为了给变压器铁心振动的故障诊断提供判断依据,需确定S13-12500/35型油浸式无励磁调压电力变压器铁心的振动敏感区域和故障参量的特征值,利用有限元分析对铁心系统在压紧状态和松动状态下的频率响应特性进行仿真,得出压紧状态下铁心系统的固有频率范围在475 Hz和650 Hz左右,在进行变压器振动监测时应将振动传感器置于变压器顶部。With the increase of network capacity, the vibration of the transformer is getting worse. To provide the basis of fault diagnosis of transformer core vibration, it is necessary to determine sensitive areas and fault parameters' eigenvalues of core vibration of Type S13-12500/35 power transformer which is oil-immersed, non-excited, and pressure-regulated. Using finite element analysis, the author simulates frequency responses of the core system in both pressed condition and loosened one, and comes to a conclusion that the inherent vibration frequency of the core system ranges from 475 Hz to around 650 Hz and that when measuring the transformer vibration, the vibration sensor should be placed on top of the transformer.
