摘 要:目的了解医学生考研焦虑的程度及其影响因素,为缓解医学生考研焦虑提出建设性意见。方法 2016年11月,在两所院校采取多阶段随机抽样调查方法,通过联系各班辅导员及各班班长组织协调,根据专业不同进行分层,然后在专业内进行单纯随机抽样,发放调查表,集中按要求完成匿名问卷填写。其中海南医学院206人,福建中医药大学121人。结果两所医学院院校的考研焦虑的人数为273人,占83.5%。下定考研决心的时间不同,考研态度不同,其焦虑得分不同。决定考研时间越早,考研焦虑得分越低(P<0.01);态度越积极,考研焦虑得分越低(P<0.01)。多因素分析显示,下定考研决心时间、学校、考研态度和性别等中影响考生的焦虑程度(P<0.01)。结论本研究调查的327名考研医学生中有考研焦虑的比例相对较高,且易受下定考研决心时间、本科学校、考研态度和性别等多种因素的影响。Objective To investigate the medical students' anxiety level in the Postgraduate Entrance Test and its influencing factors, and to give constructive advice for relieving the students' anxiety of Postgraduate Entrance Test.Methods The medical students' anxiety level in the Postgraduate Entrance Test and its influencing factors were investigated by multi-stage random sampling anonymous survey method among the students of two universities. A total of 327 students were investigated, including 206 from Hainan Medical University and 121 from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results The number of students who had anxiety for Postgraduate Entrance Test in the two medical universities was 273, accounting for 83.5%. The different time for determining to attend Postgraduate Entrance Test and the different attitude towards the test resulted in different anxiety scores. The earlier the decision was made, the lower the anxiety score was(P〈0.01), and the more positive the attitude, the lower the anxiety score(P〈0.01). Multi-factor analysis showed that the time for determining to attend Postgraduate Entrance Test, undergraduate school, students' attitude towards the test, and gender were the factors affecting the degree of anxiety. Conclusion The 327 medical students surveyed in this study have a relatively high proportion of anxieties towards Postgraduate Entrance Test, and the time for determining to attend Postgraduate Entrance Test, undergraduate school, students' attitude towards the test, and gender can affect the degree of anxiety.
