从“中华民族”到“中华民族共同体”的概念考察及其建设析论

摘　　要："中华民族"在经历了时间化、社会化、政治化三重形式锻造后,逐渐以一种共同体的形式展现出来,并生成"中华民族共同体"这个新概念。"中华民族共同体",蕴含了"中华民族"的政治建构、历史文化、社会生活、经济利益、命运胶结等多重属性,既在一定程度上丰富了"中华民族"的内容与实质,亦有助于消解有关于"中华民族"的诸种论争及引领建设,并且是当今人类命运共同体构建的中国维度展示。诚然,在新中国成立近70年的今天,"中华民族共同体"无论是形与状,还是实与质,都已经十分凸显。但是,在中华现代国家追求全面崛起和谋求"中华民族"伟大复兴新时代背景下,"中华民族共同体"建设仍有诸多可为且须有所为的地方,当紧紧围绕以党建为引领、健全法律形式、构筑理论基础、强化民族认同、提升民族自信等维度渐次展开。Forging through temporary, social and political forms, ＂the Chinese Nation＂ has gradually developed into the form of a community, and generated a new concept of ＂community for the Chinese Nation＂. ＂The community for Chinese Nation＂ embraces multiple features of political construction, history and culture, social life, economic interests, and fate cementing, etc. This has enriched the contents and essence of ＂the Chinese Nation＂, also help dispel various arguments about ＂the Chinese Nation＂ and guide its construction, and displays Chinese dimension in the construction of community with shared future for mankind. 70 years after the founding of new China, ＂community for the Chi- nese Nation＂ has become profound in terms of forms and nature. However, against background of modern China striving for full rise and the great rejuvenation of ＂the Chinese Nation＂, there are still much to be done in the construction of ＂community for the Chinese Nation＂. It should be gradually a- chieved through guidance by the party construction, perfecting legal forms, constructing theoretical foundation, strengthening national identity and enhancing national confidence.
