摘  要:目前,大直径塑料管道成型方法主要是挤出成型和缠绕成型。此外,还有一种结合增材制造技术与传统挤出成型工艺的大直径塑料管道成型新工艺,即聚合物熔体喷射堆砌成型工艺。使用该成型工艺生产管材的过程中,管材既需要水平方向的牵引运动,又需要进行旋转运动。另外,牵引装置运动的稳定性、牵引速率等工艺参数,将直接影响管材的质量。因此,传统的牵引装置无法满足该成型工艺的要求。在介绍了国内外管材牵引装置相关技术及其研究现状后,探讨了牵引过程工艺参数对管材质量的影响,最后提出了应用于聚合物融体喷射堆砌成型工艺的牵引装置。At present, the main forming methods of large-diameter plastic pipes are extrusion molding and filament winding. Moreover, the polymer melt spouted-accumulated forming technology, which is combined with additive manufacturing technology and extrusion molding technology, is adopted as well. With the technology, both linear drawing motion and rotating motion are needed during the forming process of plastic pipes. In addition, the quality of pipes is directly affected by technical parameters, including the stability of the machine motion, the drawing rate and so on. Thus, traditional drawing machine is difficult to satisfy with the needs of technology. Related technology and researches about pipes drawing machine from home and abroad are firstly introduced, and the effect of parameters in drawing procedure on the quality of pipes is studied. Finally, the drawing machine for polymer melt spouted-accumulated forming process is put forward.
