摘　　要：针对哑光黑色聚酰亚胺薄膜的性能要求和存在的问题,阐述了目前国内外哑光黑色聚酰亚胺薄膜的配方设计和制备工艺技术的研究现状,对比了国内外产品性能存在的主要差距,并提出了国产哑光黑色聚酰亚胺薄膜的研究方向。Aimed at the performance requirements and problems of matte black polyimide films, the research situation of their formulations and preparation techniques at home and abroad were reviewed. The main performance differences between domestic and foreign products were compared and the research directions of matt black polyimide film were proposed.
