摘  要:采用4种不同的硅烷偶联剂对微米氧化铝颗粒进行表面修饰,制备了微米氧化铝/环氧树脂复合材料。研究了不同表面修饰的微米氧化铝颗粒对环氧树脂体积电阻率、电气强度、介电常数及介质损耗因数的影响规律,通过热刺激电流实验分析了材料的陷阱性质。结果表明:不含极性基团的短链硅烷偶联剂对微米颗粒的修饰效果最好,复合材料的绝缘性能随着微米颗粒的极性降低而升高,复合材料内部陷阱深度的增加可能是其绝缘性能提高的原因。Micro-Al2O3 particles were surface modified by four kinds of coupling agents, and the micro-Al2O3/epoxy resin composites were prepared, respectively. The effects of different micro-Al2O3 particles on the volume resistivity, electrical strength, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss factor of epoxy resins were studied, and the trap properties of the materials were analyzed by thermal stimulated current experi- ment. The results show that short-chain silane coupling agents without polar group have best modification effect on micro-Al2O3 particles. The insulating properties of the composites increase with the decrease of particle polarities, and the increase of the trap depth in composites may be the reason for the improvement of its insulating properties.
