脲醛树脂/黄原胶-炭黑复合材料的研究

摘  要:以AA(丙烯酸)、NMBA(N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)、XTG(黄原胶)和CB(炭黑)为主要原料,甘油/山梨醇混合液为保湿剂[V(甘油)∶V(山梨醇)=3∶2],采用水溶液聚合法合成了XTG-CB高吸水性树脂;然后以此为UF(脲醛树脂)的改性剂、DCP(过氧化二异丙苯)为引发剂,采用溶液插层法制备了UF/XTG-CB复合材料,并对其工艺条件进行了优化。研究结果表明:引入XTG-CB高吸水性树脂后,UF的耐水性明显提升,相应UF/XTG-CB复合材料的整体稳定性良好;当w(保湿剂)=4%(相对于复合材料总质量而言)时,XTGCB吸水性树脂的吸水倍率相对最大;当w(DCP)=1.0%(相对于复合材料总质量而言)、加热温度90℃、震荡时间4 h和烘干温度70℃时,UF/XTG-CB复合材料的综合性能相对最佳。With AA (acrylic acid) , NMBA (N, N' -methylene bisacrylamide) , XTG (xanthan gum) and CB (carbon black) as main raw materials, and glycerol/sorbitol mixture as humectant[volume ratio of V(glycerol) : V(sorbitol) at 3:2], so a XTG-CB superabsorbent resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization. Then, with XTG-CB superabsorbent resin as modifier of UF (urea-formaldehyde resin), and DCP(dicumyl peroxide) as initiator, an UF/XTG-CB composite was prepared by solution intercalation method, and its process conditions were optimized. The research results showed that the water resistance of UF was obviously improved, and the corresponding UF/XTG-CB composite had the good overall stability when the XTG-CB superabsorbent resin was introduced into system. The XTG-CB water-absorbent resin had the relatively maximum bibulous times when mass fraction of humectant was 4% in total composite. The UF/XTG-CB composite had the relatively best combination property when mass fraction of DCP was 1.0% in total composite, heating temperature was 90 ℃,oscillation time was 4 h, and drying temperature was 70 ℃.
