摘  要:通过对比分析2E12薄板冷轧后引入中间退火和未采用中间退火的板材显微组织以及力学性能测试结果,研究中间退火对板材的晶粒、织构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,引入中间退火的板材晶粒较为粗大呈现不完全再结晶的嵌套组织,未采用中间退火的板材显微组织为细小等轴晶粒;采用中间退火和未采用中间退火的板材基本力学性能相当,但采用中间退火工艺的板材裂纹扩展速率较低;获取细小等轴晶粒增加强度和塑性的同时增加了相邻晶粒的取向差,不利于降低裂纹扩展速率。The effects of interanneling on the grain, texture and mechanical properties of 2E12 plate were studied by analyzing the microstructure with interanneling and without it as well as results of mechanical test. The results show that the grain with interanneling is bigger than that without inter- anneling, which appear incomplete recrystallization structure. The basic mechanical properties of both are almost the same, but the crack propagation rate with interanneling is lower than the counter- part. Increased strength, ductility as well as degree of orientation between contiguous grains were gained when getting small grains, which is bad for decreasing the crack propagation rate.
