摘　　要：目的:比较4种不同基源郁金的药效学。方法:采用小鼠热板法、醋酸致扭体法以及对小鼠全血血液流变学的影响对比4种不同基源郁金的药效学差异。结果:4种不同基源的郁金均能提高小鼠热板法和醋酸致扭体法痛阈值,降低小鼠血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及卡森黏度等血液流变学指标,且以黄丝郁金效果较好。结论:4种不同基源的郁金在药效学方面存在一定差异。Objective：Comparison of pharmacodynamics of 4 Different Source of Curcumae Radix.Methods：A comparison of 4 different species of Curcumae Radix pharmacodynamic differences,through hot-plate test,acetic acid writhing test and The influence of hemorheology on the whole blood of mice.Results：4 Different Source of Curcumae Radix can increase the pain threshold of hotplate test,acetic acid writhing test of mice,and decreased the indexes of Hemorheology such as blood viscosity,red cell aggregation index and Carson viscosity.Radix Curcuma is the better.Conclusion：4 different source of Curcumae Radix has certain difference in pharmacodynamics.
