摘　　要：目的:建立川贝枇杷露中薄荷脑的GC含量测定方法。方法:采用改性聚乙二醇毛细管柱DMFFAP(柱长30m,内径0.32mm,膜厚度0.25μm)色谱柱,载气为高纯氮,检测器为FID,柱温为110℃,检测器温度为250℃,分流比为5∶1,进样量为1μL。结果:薄荷脑在0.020 3~1.015mg/mL(r=0.9999)浓度范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系。该方法平均回收率为98.06%(RSD=1.70%,n=6)。不同厂家生产川贝枇杷露质量不甚相同。结论:该方法简单、快速,可用于川贝枇杷露中薄荷脑含量的测定。Objective：To establish a quantitative analysis of menthol in Chuanbei Zhike Medicinal Distillates by GC.Methods：The determination was performed on an DM-FFAP column（30 m × 0.32 mm ×0.25μm）,Carrier gas：high purity nitrogen,Detector：FID,Column temp：110℃,Split：5∶1.Results：The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.0203～1.015 mg/mL（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.06%（RSD=1.70%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of menthol of Chuanbei Zhike Medicinal Distillates.
