摘　　要：中药蕨类植物大多生长在温暖潮湿的林下,是植物发展史上一个独特的分支。因为在种质、遗传和代谢产物中均具备多样性,现今被国内外作为模式植物广泛应用。当前中药蕨类植物的孢子繁殖技术尚不完善,这一局限性成为其无法在市场上推广的制约因素,因此有必要进行人工栽培与繁育。采用孢子及茎、叶等作为繁殖材料人工繁育培养,梳理蕨类植物孢子繁殖的规律,为进一步研究其育种方法和繁殖技术提供参考依据。Traditional Chinese ferns grow mostly in warm and humid forests,and are a unique branch of plant history.Because in the germplasm,genetic and metabolic products are in the diversity,now at home and abroad as a model plant widely used.The current sporulation of traditional Chinese medicine ferns is not perfect,this limitation has become a factor that can not be expanded in the market,therefore,artificial cultivation and breeding are necessary.The use of spores and stems and leaves were used as breeding materials.Combing the law of sporulation of ferns.This can provide a reference for further breeding methods and the development of ferns.
