摘 要:为探究三明治结构自冲铆接头的力学性能,以自冲铆连接设备对AA5052铝合金板料和泡沫镍夹层进行连接;通过拉伸-剪切试验研究接头的峰值载荷、最大位移及能量吸收能力,并分析接头的失效形式及宏观失效机理;此外,运用MATLAB对接头的峰值载荷和最大位移进行分析。结果表明,泡沫镍夹层有利于增大接头的钉脚张开度,并改善应力分布。泡沫镍夹层使接头静失效载荷增加了8.9%;随着泡沫镍夹层厚度的增加,三明治结构自冲铆接头的抗拉强度呈降低趋势,但接头的能量吸收值相对提高;AA5052铝合金三明治结构自冲铆接头的失效模式为铆钉脱离下板。To investigate the mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted (SPR)joint taking nickel foam in as sandwich structure, AA5052 aluminum alloy sheets and nickel foam interlayer were joined by SPR equipment. Tensile-shear tests were carried out to study the peak loads and energy absorption properties of the joints, and failure modes as well as macroscopic failure mechanism about the joints were analyzed. Peak loads and maximum displacements of joints were investigated by MATLAB. The results indicate that it was beneficial to increase rivet flaring of the joints by using nickel foam interlayer, which also improved distribution of stress. Tensile strength of the joint increased by 8.9% duo to application of nickel foam interlayer. With the increase of interlayer thickness, tensile strength of joint was in a decreasing trend: however, the energy absorption value was improved relatively. SPR joint taking nickel foam in as sandwich structure failed when the rivet was pulled out from the lower sheet.
