摘 要:采用熔炼、热挤压工艺制备用于加工压裂分隔工具的可溶镁合金Mg-7Al-1Zn-1Ni-1Cu,并对其显微组织结构、力学性能、腐蚀性能及工件的现场使用性能进行了研究。结果表明,铸态合金在室温和120℃下的抗拉强度分别为160、150 MPa,经后续热挤压处理,合金在室温和120℃下的抗拉强度分别上升至300、252 MPa,室温下布氏硬度值从64上升至78,且延伸率也有所上升。挤压态合金在模拟地层水中的腐蚀速率随温度升高而加快,用其加工的压裂球工件在90℃、70 MPa下承压密封性良好,并成功应用于现场施工。The soluble Mg-7Al-1Zn-1Ni-1Cu alloy used for fabricating down-hole tools was prepared by cast and hot-extruded method. The microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion behavior and application performance of the alloy were investigated. Tensile strength of the cast alloy at room temperature and 120 ℃ was 160 MPa and 150 MPa, respectively. After hot-extruded treatment, the tensile strength of the soluble alloy at room temperature and 120℃ increased to 300 MPa and 252 MPa, respectively, and the brinell hardness value also increased from 64 to 78. The soluble rate of hot-extruded alloy increased with temperature increasing in simulated formation water. The frac-ball fabricated by using hot-extruded alloy showed a good compressive resistance under 70 MPa at 90℃ , which could be used in fracturing process.
