摘 要:对比研究3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT和3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈包布中的应用。结果表明,3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线代替3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线应用于12.00R2018PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈包布中,在保证轮胎承载性能前提下,能有效减少圈裂、圈空缺陷,同时减小轮胎质量和降低生产成本。The application of 3 ×0.24/9 × 0.225 +0.15HT steel cord in the bead fabric of truck and bus radial tire was investigated, and compared with 3 + 9+ 15 × 0.175 + 0.15 steel cord.The results showed that, by using 3 × 0.24/9×0. 225+0.15HT steel cord instead of 3-F 9 +15 × 0.175 + 0. 15 steel cord in the bead fabric of truck and bus radial tire, on the premise of ensuring the bearing capacity of tire, the bead crack defects were effectively reduced, while the tire weight and production cost were also reduced.
