摘　　要：对钢制滑车平台体系材料的选择、焊接方式,以及滑车的设计、制作、验收、使用、拆除及质量控制进行阐述。在保证安全施工的前提下,不采用支撑,设计出专门的钢制滑车,在结构上分段滑动,为工人提供工作平台,同时辅助一定的安全保证措施,经施工总结形成免竖向支撑钢制滑车平台技术。该技术具有施工简便、降低工程成本、加快进度、安全性好的特点。The selection and welding of the steel trolley platform system materials are described,as well as the design,production,acceptance,use,dismantling and quality control. Under the premise of ensuring safety construction,without the support,a special steel trolley is designed to slide on the structure to provide a working platform for workers, and also assists with certain safety assurance measures. The technology of steel trolley platform without vertical support has the characteristics of simple construction,lower engineering cost,faster progress and safety.
