摘  要:重庆山水国际休闲旅游度假区体验中心由于使用功能的改变,需拆除二层1根D=800mm的圆柱,改造成更大的空间。根据结构使用空间的要求以及结构改造前后内力变化,确定了上部屋面结构新增1根600mm×1 200mm的梁,同时周围梁加高、加大处理,以满足结构内力的要求。重点介绍了加固设计与施工思路、施工中卸载支撑、拆除柱的混凝土剔打、钢筋封锚、植筋、高强灌浆料等重要的施工工艺,新增梁及抽柱是此结构加固改造的核心。加固后的监测结果表明加固改造后的结构构件承载性能及刚度符合规范标准,结构整体安全可靠。Chongqing Landscape International Leisure Tourism Resort experience center needs to remove the column with D = 800 mm on the second floor and transform it into a larger space,due to the change of function. According to the requirement of the structure used in the space and structure internal force changes before and after the transformation,it determines the upper roof structure adds 600 mm ×1 200 mm beam,at the same time the surrounding beam is raised and processed,in order to meet the requirements of structural internal force. It introduces the reinforcement design and construction idea,uninstall support during construction,demolition of concrete pillars kicking,reinforced sealing anchor,steel,high strength grouting material and other important construction craft,the new beam and column is the core of this structure reinforcement and reconstruction. The monitoring results after reinforcement show that the load-bearing performance and stiffness of the reinforced structural members conform to the standard,and the overall structure is safe and reliable.
