摘  要:结合天府汇中心项目,探讨了换撑施工技术的实施要点:在主体结构和基坑侧壁间采用圆管钢支撑作为传力带,基坑侧壁的应力通过钢管水平内支撑传递到结构实体,使基坑产生的应力相互抵消,从而保证基坑侧壁及基坑周围既有建筑物安全稳定,同时满足工程需求。The key points of the implementation for the support replacement construction are discussed in combination with Tianfuhui central project. The support of the pipe is as a force transmission belt between the main structure and foundation excavation side wall,the stress of the side wall of the foundation excavation is transmitted to the structural entity through the horizontal internal support of the steel pipe,so that the stress generated by the foundation excavation cancels each other,thereby ensures the safety and stability of the existing buildings around the foundation excavation and the foundation excavation,at the same time meets the needs of the project.
