摘 要:目前全轻混凝土保温层通常作为楼面的保温层及面层,没有额外的构造层对全轻混凝土层的厚度、平整度进行修补,对楼面面层施工的精度、质量提出了更高的要求。轻骨料由于自身密度的关系在浇筑和养护过程中会上浮,从而影响面层的成型质量、降低整个楼面面层的强度。拟采用全轻混凝土保温楼面施工技术,以绿色施工为核心,通过对传统全轻混凝土施工工艺进行改良,解决轻骨料上浮、面层成型质量差、楼面面层强度不足等问题,满足楼面的节能及使用功能。At present,the full lightweight aggregate concrete insulation layer is usually used as the insulation layer and the surface layer of the floor,without the additional construction layer to repair the thickness and flatness of the full lightweight concrete layer,so the higher requirements for the precision and quality of the floor construction are put forward. Lightweight aggregate floats in the process of pouring and curing due to its density,which effects the surface of the forming quality,reduce the strength of the entire floor surface. It is proposed to adopt the green construction technology of full lightweight concrete insulation floor,based on the green construction,the construction technology of traditional full lightweight concrete is improved scientifically,to solve the problems such as floating of lightweight aggregate,poor quality of surface formation and insufficient strength of floor surface,to satisfy the energy saving and use function of the floor.
