摘 要:市政工程小跨径无铰拱桥拱圈施工一般采用分段现浇、拱顶预留合龙段施工工艺,其工期较长、合龙段要求较高,采用满堂支架现浇施工,预留合龙段对支架稳定性要求较高,安全风险较大。小跨径无铰拱桥拱圈经施工阶段及后期使用阶段验算合格,可优化为一次性分段对称浇筑工艺。优化后可缩短拱桥上部结构建设工期,提高满堂支架稳定性与安全性,提高拱圈质量,确保成桥后受力符合设计及规范要求。The construction of arch bridges for small span non-hinge arch bridges of municipal engineering generally adopts the subsection cast-in-place and arches reserved for the long section. The construction period is longer and the length of the closure section is relatively high. Segments have high requirements for the stability of the stent and have a greater safety risk. The span of the arch bridge with small span non-hinge arch bridge can be optimized as a one-time segmental symmetrical pouring process after passing the verification in the construction phase and later use phase. After optimization,the construction period of the upper structure of the arch bridge can be shortened,the stability and safety of the full hall bracket can be improved,the quality of the arch ring can be improved,and the force after the completion of the bridge can meet the design and specification requirements.
