摘  要:根据实验室费-托合成催化剂评价系统的运行情况和智能化要求,设计了一套基于PLC的监控系统。选择OMRON CJ2M型PLC为控制核心,通过主机及扩展从机,配置通信、模拟量及开关量输入/输出多种模块单元,串行通信连接本地和远程人机交互设备,构成系统总体结构。PLC编程实现对质量流量计的流量设置和阀门控制,按照通信协议,完成对4组12路气体流量、4路管道压力、3处温度点时间-曲线自动调节等数据的采集和自动过程控制。通过触摸屏组态监控画面,实现本地或远程对实验系统的监视和操作,达到自动、智能化运行的初步要求。系统在实验室运行效果好,提高了效率,可靠性好,性价比高。A monitoring system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)was designed according to theoperation situation and intelligent requirement of the Fischer Tropsch synthesis catalyst evaluation system in thelaboratory. The system was constructed by selecting an OMRON CJ2M PLC as the control core with variouscommunications,analog and switch input/output modules on the host and extended slave machines. Local andremote human-machine interaction equipment was connected through serial communication lines. Flow settingand valve control of mass flowmeter were achieved by PLC programming. Based on communication protocols,data acquisition and automatic process control were completed for four groups of twelve pipeline gas flow,fourchannel pressures,three temperature point time curve automatic regulation. The experimental system can bemonitored and operated locally or remotely through a configured monitoring interface on a touch screen,whichmeets the basic requirements for automatic and intelligent operations.
