摘  要:为了客观、准确地评价城市小区海绵城市建设效果,研究提出了一套以小区海绵度为综合指标,包括资源利用和生态环境改善两方面效果的海绵城市建设小区雨水综合利用效果评价指标体系和评价方法。并利用所提出的方法对具有长期监测资料的北京某小区的雨水综合利用效果进行评价,结果表明,该小区在资源利用效果方面评价结果为优秀,生态环境改善效果方面评价结果为优秀,综合效果评价海绵度等级为优秀。提出的评价方法计算方便、可操作性强,既可用于海绵型建筑与小区的效果评价,也可为海绵型道路、广场、海绵型公园及绿地的效果评价提供参考。In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the comprehensive benefits and the running effects of urban rainwater utilization projects, a urban residential area evaluation model based on the concept of the "sponge city" construction was developed to evaluate the utilization efficiency of rainwater utilization in urban ar eas of China. In the process of evaluation, Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were first used to build the evaluation index system, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to comprehen sively evaluate the appointed rainwater collection area, which were all used in a case study in a urban district of Beijing. The evaluation result shows that the comprehensive effect of rainwater utilization is good. The evaluation model proposed in this paper is convenient and operable, which not only can be used for evaluating the effect of sponge-typed buildings and village, but also for sponge-typed roads, square, parks and green spaces.
