自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗流行性感冒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法患者118例按随机数字表法分为两组,基础组给予西医常规综合治疗;联合组在此基础上加用自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗;两组均以5 d为1个疗程。结果联合组西医临床疗效、中医证候疗效均优于基础组(P<0.05);治疗后两组相关临床免疫学指标均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),联合组改善更显著(P<0.05);联合组主要临床症状消失时间均早于基础组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗流行性感冒的疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingwen Jiedu Decoction on influenza. Methods： 118 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. According to the standard of treatment of Flu,the basic group was given the corresponding comprehensive treatment of Western medicine;the combined group was treated with Qingwen Jiedu Decoction and Western medicine;one treatment course lasted for 5 days. Results： The clinical efficacy and TCM Syndromes of the combined group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the clinical related immunological indexes of the two groups were improved（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the improvement of the combined group was more significant（P〈0.05）. The main clinical symptoms disappeared in the combined group earlier than those in the basic group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Qingwen Jiedu Decoction on Flu is remarkable.
