摘　　要：本文首先阐述了药品专利的特殊性,然后分析了现有药品专利分级分类指标体系的优缺点,最后依托中国专利奖的评奖标准这一理论体系,结合行业通用指标和药品专利独有指标,提出了一套基于中国专利奖评奖标准的药品专利分级分类指标体系,并对其中的具体指标选用理由进行了论述。This article summarizes the specificity of pharmaceutical patents at first,and then analyzes advantages and disadvantages of existing valuation models for pharmaceutical patents. Finally,this article proposes a systematic framework for analyzing pharmaceutical patent value based on Chinese patent award criteria,which combined general factors and pharmaceutical patent specific factors,and the choices and reasons for each factor are also introduced in details.
