摘 要:以重庆工业产业2011—2015年面板数据为样本,运用Malmquist方法分析其全要素生产率变化及其原因,并构建知识生产函数实证研究其创新驱动影响因素。研究发现,重庆中低技术行业全要素生产率的变化主要源于创新效率变化,其技术进步变化系数远小于1,技术进步呈负增长态势,其创新驱动主要受高新技术行业的知识溢出和"干中学"效应影响,自主创新能力较弱,且研发资本投入越低,知识溢出的影响强度越大,意味着充分利用并借力高新技术发展是带动中低技术产业升级的重要渠道。Based on the panel data of Chongqing industries between 2011 and 2015, the innovation driven factors of low-medium tech industry have been empirically studied by using Malmquist method and knowledge production function. The results show that the change of total factor production of low-medium tech industries in Chongqing is main result from the change of innovation efficiency, the coefficient of technical progress change is less than 1, that is, the technical progress is negative. The important factor of innovation driven ability are the spill-out effect of high tech industries' innovative knowledge and effect of learning-by-doing, the ability of independent innovation is weak, and the lower the internal RD investment rate, the stronger the spill-out effects of high tech industries on the innovative output of low-medium tech industries. It means that industrial upgrading of low-medium tech industries has to be dependent on the development of new high tech industries.
