摘 要:光纤拉曼随机激光器是近几年来兴起的一种新型光纤激光器,短腔光纤拉曼随机激光器具有超高效率输出的优良特性,但其激射阈值较高。提出了一种新型的基于双程泵浦结构的光纤拉曼随机激光器,通过在光纤尾端放置反射泵浦波长的反射镜提高泵浦利用率,可以在保持最大光光转化效率的同时,显著降低随机激光的阈值,进一步提升了短腔光纤拉曼随机激光器的输出性能。通过仿真详细研究了双程泵浦下泵浦光和激光功率分布的变化,激射阈值随光纤尾端反射镜反射率的变化以及在不同光纤长度下双程泵浦结构对阈值降低的效果,为该结构光纤拉曼随机激光器的设计提供了理论指导。Random Raman fiber laser is a novel kind of fiber laser proposed in recent years. The short cavity random Raman fiber laser can exhibit ultrahigh optical conversion efficiency, but is also with the relatively high threshold. To overcome it, a novel double-pass-pumping based random Raman fiber laser is proposed here. The pump efficiency can be enhanced by place a reflector at the far end of the fiber to reflect the pump. The double-passpumping based random Raman fiber laser can significantly reduce the random lasing' s threshold, while maintaining the maximum optical conversion efficiency. Through the numerical simulation, we investigate the modification of the power distribution in double-pass-pumping configuration, the variation of laser threshold with the reflectivity of the far-end reflector and the effect of fiber length on the threshold reduction, providing a theoretical guideline to design a high performance double-pass-pumping based random Raman fiber laser
