摘  要:攀枝花铁精矿中硫含量较高,硅、铝、钙、镁等杂质成分也有一定的去除空间,经细磨-磁选-浮选试验研究,获得了TFe品位56.60%,硫含量0.32%,总回收率95.20%的良好试验效果。原料与产品的成分分析表明,提铁降杂效果较为明显,与工艺矿物学研究结果相符。The sulfur content in Panzhihua iron concentrate is high, and the impurities such as silicon, aluminum, calcium and magnesium also can decline to a certain extent. Through fine grinding - magnetic separation - flotation test, the good test results of TFe grade 56.60%, sulfur content 0.32%, total recovery rate 95.20% are obtained. The composition analysis of raw materials and products shows that the effect of improving iron content while decreasing Impttritie is obvious, which is consistent with the results of process mineralogy.
