摘 要:试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究利用2,3,4,5,6-五羟基己醛还原浸出软锰矿,考察了硫酸用量、反应时间、反应温度和2,3,4,5,6-五羟基己醛用量对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸用量45 mL、反应温度95℃、2,3,4,5,6-五羟基己醛用量20 g和反应时间6 h的条件下,锰的浸出率在97%左右,对提高浸出、降低成本都有极大的工业应用前景。The leaching of pyrolusite with organic reducing agent by single factor and orthogonal test were studied. The effects of sulfuric acid dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and organic reducing agent dosage on leaching rate of manganese were investigated. The results showed that the rate of manganese can reach over 98% when sulfuric acid dosage is 45 mL, reaction time is 6 h, reaction temperature is 95 ℃ and organic reducing agent dosage is 20 g, which indicates that the approach has great prospect for industrial applications on improving the leaching rate and reducing costs.
