摘 要:在浮选工艺流程中,浮选柱是其中的重要设备之一,气泡发生器正是浮选柱的重要结构组成。对于矿浆充气和气泡矿化,气泡发生器的性能将直接决定矿物分选的效果,因此气泡发生器的结构设计及优化极其重要。建立在多位学者对气泡发生器结构的研究基础之上,本文运用射流卷吸空气紊动搅拌有利于提高流体气含率的特点,并结合新结构优势,设计并模拟优化了一种新型结构气泡发生器,即"螺旋膛线型气泡发生器"。经过实验模拟,相较于原始气泡发生器,新型结构对于气泡发生器喉管段湍流强度的提高具有明显效果。In the flotation process, the column is one of the important equipments. The bubble generator is an important structure of the flotation column. For the pulp aeration and bubble mineralization, the performance of bubble generator will directly determine the mineral separation effect, so the structure design and optimization of bubble generator is very important. Based on the basis of many scholars research on the structure of bubble generator, the entrainment of air turbulent mixing can improve the flow characteristics of gas holdup, and combined with the new structure advantages, design and simulation and optimization of a new type of bubble generator, namely "spiral bore linear bubble generator". Through the simulation experiment, compared to the original bubble generator, the new structure has obvious effect on the bubble generator throat turbulence intensity increase.
