摘 要:本文通过在复合蜡A中加入不同含量的糠蜡、减四线蜡下油和微晶蜡配置成新的复合蜡A,测试新的复合蜡的理化指标,并选择最优配比配置成新型复合油相,通过高低温试验、电导率和AN析出量判断新型复合油相的稳定性。研究表明:在复合蜡A中加入10%~12%的糠蜡、28%~30%的减四线蜡下油,2%~4%的微晶蜡,进而配成复合油相,制得的新型复合油相稳定性较优。In this paper, A new compound wax was prepared by adding different amounts of bran wax, subtractive four-wire wax and microcrystalline wax in the compound wax A.Test the physical and chemical indexes of new compound wax, and choose the optimal proportion to configure the new composite oil phase. The stability of the new composite oil phase was determined by high and low temperature test, conductivity and AN precipitation. Studies have shown that in compound wax A, 10 to 12 % of bran wax, 28 %-30 % reduction of 4-line wax, 2 %-4 % microcrystalline wax, and then it goes into a composite oil phase. The stability of the new compound oil is better.
