摘　　要：通过对香港和上海两地典型案例的统计分析,总结归纳出城市综合体公共空间增效策略:即城市综合体作为城市立体节点,采用开放网络型结构,在公共空间容纳各类城市公共活动。选取沪港两地的国金中心、又一城和K11三组案例进行实地调研并采集使用者空间分布及行为数据,通过空间绩效比较研究,对3项增效策略逐一验证。This paper concludes the efficiency improving strategies of the public space within mixed-use complex bases on the statistical analysis of typical cases from Hong Kong and Shanghai, including employment of the complex as the urban three-dimensional node, adoption of open net spatial structure, accommodation of various urban activities. Based on the spatial distribution and behavior data of the users collected through on-site investigation, this paper also verifies the three abovementioned strategies through the comparative study on spatial performance in IFC, Festival Walk and K11 of Hong Kong and Shanghai.
