效率与公平视野下的城市公共空间格局研究——以瑞士苏黎世市为例

摘　　要：从效率与公平视角出发,探讨了与城市环境互构视野下的公共空间格局议题,关注如何通过公共空间的高效配置和公平分配,推进城市公共空间建设和优化的科学性。所建立的基于效率与公平视野的城市公共空间格局分析框架,可用于认识一座城市公共空间资源分配现状,判定、监测现行政策法规及规划设计方案的影响,提供可靠的决策依据,引导符合效率与公平原则的公共空间格局模式。From the perspective of efficiency and equity, this paper discusses the pattern of urban public space in relation to the urban environment, with a focus on the scientific nature in construction and optimization of urban public space as a result of efficient alltocation and equitable distribution of public space. The analytical framework of the pattern of urban public space on the basis of efficiency and equity can be used to recognize the status of the distribution of public space in a city, determine and monitor the influence of current policies and planning schemes, provide reliable basis for decision, and guide the pattern of public space in accordance with the principles of efficiency and equity.
