摘 要:我国从20世纪60年代中期至70年代开始进行大规模的围海造陆工程,近年来我国滨海地区做的比较成功围海造陆工程主要分布在:天津滨海新区、广州南沙港、深圳前湾、温州瓯江口新区、连云港港区、南沙群岛等等。目前主要采用的方式主要借助吹填造地、新型防波堤等一系列先进技术和疏浚设备,针对于采用吹填淤泥至原浅滩然后形成的一种新近欠固结沉积软土,其含水量率超高呈流动状,压缩性强,结构性极差,强度和承载力极低,必须进行处理,才能满足相应的水利工程、道路交通及厂房用地等后续工程建设的需要。Large scale land reclamation in China began during the period from mid 1960 s to 1970 s. In recent years,successful land reclamation projects in coastal areas are exemplified by Tianjin Binhai New Area,Guangzhou Nansha Port,Shenzhen Front Bay,Wenzhou Oujiang River Estuary New Area,Lianyungang Port Area,and the Nansha Islands,etc.Currently,hydraulic mud fill foundations primarily rely on using a series of advanced technologies and dredging facilities such as hydraulic mud filling-based land formation and new types of breakwaters to process soft,under-consolidated sedimentary soils that are newly formed by hydraulically filling mud into the original shoals. Such soils feature a fluid state due to high percentage of water,good compressibility,and extremely poor structurality. Because of their extremely low strength and loading capacity,they must be treated to suit the need of being used for subsequent construction of water works,roads,traffic facilities,and factories,etc.
