摘 要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定六君子丸中橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、党参炔苷、茯苓酸共7种成分的含量。方法:色谱柱为Venusil MP-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈(45∶55,A)和0.2%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温:40℃。结果:7种有效成分橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、党参炔苷、茯苓酸分别在3.010~301.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 6)、0.154~15.4μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 4)、0.202~20.2μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 2)、1.025~102.5μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 5)、1.240~124.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993)、5.030~503.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 5)、0.412~41.2μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 3)范围内含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率在96.59%~98.34%之间。6批次供试品中橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、党参炔苷、茯苓酸的含量分别为:5.126~5.773,0.058~0.078,0.105~0.132,1.257~1.514,2.012~2.241,8.256~8.425,0.235~0.334mg·g^(-1)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可用于六君子丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of hesperidin,atractylenolideⅠ,atractylenolideⅢ,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt,lobetyolin and pachymic acid in Liujunzi Pills.METHODS The determination was performed on Venusil MP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)column with methanol-acetonitrile(45∶55,A)and 0.2% phosphoric acid(B)as the mobile phase for the gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃.RESULTS The seven components were well separated and showed good linearity,including hesperidin 3.010-301.0μg·mL^-1(r=0.997),atractylenolide Ⅰ 0.154-15.4μg·mL^-1(r=0.995),atractylenolide Ⅲ 0.202-20.2μg·mL^-1(r=0.996),liquiritin 1.025-102.5μg·mL^-1(r=0.996),glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt 1.240-124.0μg·mL^-1(r=0.997),lobetyolin 5.030-503.0μg·mL^-1(r=0.998)and pachymic acid 0.412-41.2μg·mL^-1(r=0.996).The recovery rate was 96.59%-98.34%.The contents of six batches of hesperidin,atractylenolideⅠ,atractylenolideⅢ,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt,lobetyolin and pachymic acid were 5.126-5.773,0.058-0.078,0.105-0.132,1.257-1.514,2.012-2.241,8.256-8.425 and 0.235-0.334 mg·g^-1.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be applied to the quality control of Liujunzi Pills.
