静脉用药集中调配中心药品进仓前消毒必要性的多中心对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对静脉用药集中调配中心药品进仓前消毒的必要性进行评价。方法:对三家静配中心的肠外营养液和细胞毒药物进仓前进行消毒处理,调配结束后分别对操作间及操作台进行沉降菌检测,统计沉降菌落数及消毒耗时,差异数据采用Fisher确切概率法进行分析,并以进仓前未消毒的药品为空白组进行对照实验。结果:三家静配中心沉降菌检测均符合要求,无药品不良反应报告,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),消毒准备时间较长。结论:在保障药品调配质量与安全的前提下,减少进仓前消毒环节可以缩短工作时间,提高劳动效率,且不影响环境洁净度。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the necessity of drug disinfection before entering the purification warehouse in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS）center.METHODS The total parenteral nutrient and cytotoxic drug were disinfected before entering the purification warehouse in three PIVAS centers.After the drug deployment,the sedimentation test was carried out,the numbers of bacteria and disinfection were counted and Fishier exact test was used to analyze data compared with the blank group without drug disinfection entering the purification warehouse.RESULTS The results of the settlement bacteria test met the requirements,the adverse drug reaction was not reported,the difference was not statistically significant and the time of disinfection preparation was longer.CONCLUSION Under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the drug,it is possible to improve the working efficiency without affecting the environmental cleanliness by reducing the step of drug disinfection before entering the purification warehouse.
