2014-2016年某院中心药房麻醉药品使用情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解并分析某院住院患者2014-2016年麻醉药品的临床应用及用药趋势,评价其合理性,为麻醉药品的规范管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:利用计算机管理系统采集数据,对2014-2016年某院中心药房麻醉药品的应用情况进行统计和分析。结果:某院麻醉药品的用量逐年增多,结构日趋合理。舒芬太尼的用药频度(DDDs)稳居首位;舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼(1mg)的用量居于前二位;芬太尼针(0.1mg)的用量和DDDs逐年递增,且排序稳定;哌替啶的DDDs排序逐渐下降;吗啡缓释片的用量远高于吗啡针。结论:某院麻醉药品使用情况较为合理,但仍需加强管理。OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the clinical application and the trend of drug use of inpatients of our hospital from 2014 to 2016,evaluate its rationality and provide a reference for the standardized management and reasonable application of narcotic drugs.METHODS By using computer management system to collect data,the application of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 was analyzed.RESULTS The amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year,with the structure becoming more and more reasonable.The DDDs of the sufentanil ranked the first,sufentanil and refentanil（1 mg）the top two.The dosage and DDDs of fentanyl were increasing year by year in a stable rank.The DDDs ordering of pethidine decreased gradually,and the dosage of morphine release was much higher than that of morphine injection.CONCLUSION The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is more reasonable,but still needs for strengthened management.
