摘 要:目的 在脑电生物监测方法构建脓毒症脑病动物模型的基础上,进一步探讨和改良脓毒症脑病大鼠模型。方法 80只SD大鼠放置脑电监测电极后采用经典盲肠结扎穿孔(cecal ligation and puncture ,CLP)方法诱发脓毒症,术后分别根据脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)监测法(简称EEG法)和Morris水迷宫(Morris water maze, MWM)实验联合神经功能评分法(简称MWM法)将大鼠分为脓毒症脑病(sepsis associated encephalopathy, SAE)组和非脓毒症脑病(non-sepsis associated encephalopathy,NSAE)组,比较两种诊断方法的差异。结果 两种诊断方法具有较高一致性,且与后期标本病理改变相符。结论 SAE大鼠EEG方法模型稳定性欠佳,而MWM法鉴别脓毒症脑病与EEG法具有较好的一致性,可以用于脓毒症脑病动物模型筛查。Objective To improve the rat model of sepsis associated encephalopathy (SAE) on the basis of SAE rat model by electroencephalogram (EEG) biological monitoring. Method Eighty rats underwent cecal ligation and puncture(CLP) surgery following implanted electrodes. The survival rats were divided into SAE and NSAE group based on EEG monitoring results and Morris water maze (MWM) joint nerve function score method respectively. Then compare the difference between the two diagnostic methods. Results Two methods above are highly consistent and coincide with pathological changes of the rats brain specimens. Conclusion The EEG method rat model for SAE has low stability. MWM joint nerve function score method shows a high consistence with EEG method and can be used to screen the SAE rat models.
