摘　　要：如何为患者提供合理有效的就医建议，以促进分级诊疗制度的有效实施是医疗改革中的焦点问题之一。针对就医过程中患者与医院的匹配优化问题，考虑了影响患者就医的各种因素，提出了一种基于重要度权重的决策分析方法。在该方法中，首先根据实际情况对影响就医过程的因素进行分类；然后引入重要度概念并分析其作为权重的优势；进而针对每类因素给出相应的重要度权重计算方法；在此基础上，计算出患者就医过程的匹配满意度，从而给出患者相应的就医建议。最后，通过一个算例说明了提出方法的可行性和有效性。How to provide patients with reasonable and effective medical advice to promote the effective implementation of hierarchical treatment system is one of the focuses of healthcare reform. By considering a variety of factors that affect the patientrs medical treatment, a decision analysis method based on importance weight was proposed to solve the optimal matching between patient and hospital in the process of medical treatment. Firstly, the factors influencing the medical treatment process were classified according to the actual situation. Then the concept of importance degree was introduced and analyzed for its advantages when it was used as weight. Furthermore, the corresponding weight calculation method was given for each factor. On this basis, the satisfaction of the patients＇ medical treatment process was calculated in order to give the patients＇ medical advice. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
