摘　　要：栗锦迁教授认为郁证的发生主要与个人的体质因素、情志因素有关,外加外界环境的影响使得人体气机郁滞,而生郁证。栗师强调对于郁证应当中医辨证为主,再辅助结合西医辨病,辨证与辨病相结合,对郁证的中医证治,有独道的见解,主张根据病情分清郁证气血痰火食湿郁何郁为主,多用越鞠丸加减,对郁证的治疗有显著的疗效。Professor Li jinqian believes that the occurrence of depression is mainly related to the physical and emotional factors of the individual,and the influence of external environment makes the human body air machine stasis,and the life depression certificate.Teacher Li emphasized for depressive syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine should give priority to,again auxiliary disease combined with western medicine,and combination of disease and syndrome differentiation of depressive syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine cure,have unique insights,claims according to the condition between depressive syndrome qi phlegm fire wet yu He Yu food is given priority to,the more multi-purpose bow pill to add and subtract,the curative effect of treatment for depression syndrome significantly.
